How To Loop a Band for Mobility Work

Using bands for mobility and traction is a great idea. This video shows how to secure the band around your wrist so you do not need to grip the band. Gripping causes a contraction of the muscles of the upper extremities and torso which will inhibit the mobility/traction effect of the band.

Mobility work requires relaxation, good posture, and slow, easy breathing. Never hold your breath when performing any mobility or traction work.
