Clash of the Barbarians Powerlifting Meet
I finally reached my post-esophagectomy goal of a 500 lb deadlift!
On March 23, 2019 at the USPA Clash of the Barbarians Powerlifting Meet at the Castle in Fort Worth, Texas your Rowlett chiropractor, Dr. Steve Horwitz, crushed a 227.5 kg/501.5 lb deadlift!
Dr. Steve won the 55 - 59 year old Master's age group in the 181 lb category. I weighed in at 77.1 kg/170 lb. This lift was a Texas State Record!
Next goal is triple body weight!
