Deceleration. How to slow down, land, and change direction while speeding up.


This is a skill which must be practiced over and over.


Learning how to land is critical.

1. Learn to squat.

2. Learn to apply the squat stance to two- and one-legged landings.

3. Practice deceleration.

4. Use a video camera to learn exactly what you are doing and fix it!
