What is the Virtual Consultation?

Start Here: Schedule a FREE 15 minute initial consult


  • One 45-minute virtual consultation over Skype or Google Hangouts or other video platform


During the consultation we will discuss:

  • The results of the assessment you performed. If you have video of any of the movements, please send it to

  • Past training history

  • What have you tried and what has worked and not worked

  • Current training program and activity levels

  • Goals


I will design a program for you which addresses these sticking points. The program will address the major sticking points first.

We will work in approximately two week increments. The goal is to practice the suggested program and re-assess after two weeks. 

If you would like to work together, I have 4 tracks you can follow.

Track 1: One Consult at a Time. No commitments, just one consult every two weeks. You decide if you would like to continue after each consult. The initial consultation includes one 15-minute follow up consultation to ensure you are on the right track and answer any follow up questions you may have.

Track 2: One Month - Two 45 minute consults at two week intervals. I review your program and modify as necessary based on your progress and sticking points.

Track 3: Three Months - Six 45 minute consults at two week intervals. Three 15 minute follow-up consults for questions. I review your program and modify as necessary based on your progress and sticking points.

Track 4: Six Months - Eight 45 minute consults. Unlimited email and text communication. Six 15 minute follow-up consults for questions. I review your program and modify as necessary based on your progress and sticking points.
