Take a look at this MRI of my cervical spine taken in the spring of 2010.

Unfortunately for me, this MRI shows several disc herniations and disc bulges, spinal stenosis, and foraminal stenosis. In other words, my neck is a mess! Most spinal surgeons would recommend surgery upon seeing this MRI. As a chiropractor I knew that spinal adjustments to my neck would not be safe. No way would I have surgery. So I looked for a non-invasive treatment and I was fortunate to find the Cervico 2000 by Meditrac.

Here is my personal story....In March 2010, I was carrying my son (almost 3 years old and 40 lbs) on my shoulders when I noticed left arm pain and paresthesias. These symptoms worsened over the next 10 days. I went to Next Generation MRI and my MRI showed disc bulges at C2 - C7, a disc herniation at C6-7, foraminal stenosis and canal stenosis. I have been a competitive powerlifter all my adult life and never once had any neck symptoms!I purchased the Cervico 2000 the next day. I began using it daily for 10 minutes and gradually increased to 20 minutes over the next two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, MY PAIN WAS GONE! Was I happy…..you bet!

SPECIAL PATIENT CARE PROGRAM

Because of my personal success, I started using the Cervico 2000 with my patients. The first patient had headaches for two decades. We had been using standard physical therapy cervical spine traction with no results. We used the Cervico 2000 one time for 15 minutes and HER HEADACHES WERE GONE! We continued to use the unit and she has had no recurrences of the headaches. The second patient was involved in not one, but two automobile whiplash accidents. I used the Cervico 2000 on her neck and within two weeks she no longer had any pain!I have discovered that the best use of the unit is daily.

I know it is difficult for patient to come daily so I have designed a special home care cervical spine care program with the Cervico 2000. THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN INCREDIBLY SUCCESSFUL!

Please call Dr. Steven Horwitz at the Dallas Sports Academy in Rowlett, TX to start this program today. Call 214-531-7939.

RESULTS THAT COUNT!

Cervical spine traction is a successful component of conservative pain management for patients exhibiting soft tissue disorders. The major goals of spinal traction include: pain relief, decreased pressure on cervical nerve roots, improved soft tissue extensibility (as indicated in pain-free range of motion), and reduction in painful, protective muscle activity. With other cervical traction devices, patients often fail to comply with home traction regimens, or they find their self-treatment efforts to be counterproductive or uncomfortable. However, the Cervico 2000 is very user-friendly and enables patients to successfully manage their chronic condition from anywhere and at anytime, including at work, during leisure activities, and even on the go.
