  • Blood Pressure Monitor – will also tell you your heart rate. This is what I bought.

  • Pulse Oximeter – will also tell you your heart rate. This is what I bought.

  • Blood Glucose Monitor

    This is extremely important. This is what I bought. Learn what your morning (fasting) blood sugar is by taking a morning measurement (before eating) for one to two weeks.

    Learn how different foods affect your blood sugar levels by taking a measurement 60 - 90 minutes after eating. This measurement should be 

  • Sleep Monitoring system. I do not own this system.

  • Single Lead EKG. This is what I bought. 

  • Heart Rate Variability. This is what I downloaded.

  • Drug/Medication interaction checker: MyRxProfile
