Hello From Texas!
It's been 6 1/2 years since we moved from Rockville to Rockwall! Maryland to Texas. We are fortunate to have beautiful sunrises every morning right from our backyard on Lake Ray Hubbard.
I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to y'all and say Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!
Earlier this year I had the wonderful experience of setting the USPA Texas State Deadlift record (55 - 59, 82.5 kg class) at 501.5 lbs.
Living in Texas has afforded me the time to get my body back on track and to do lots of reading. I want to share what I've learned via my newsletter/blog posts. I am going to do a Facebook live once per month to answer any health/fitness/nutrition related questions you have. If I can't answer the questions, I will steer you to the right resources.
